Abstract
[Objective] The aim of the study was to lay the foundation for technology of tissue culture for Euchresta japonica.[Method]The experiments were conducted in order to select the appropriate explants for tissue culture and the method of optimal sterilization of explants.[Result] The results showed that the best explants was disease-free,and new-grow green leaves, and the best way of sterilization was: firstly, the explants were immersed in alcohol(70%) for 30 seconds, and then were sterilized in mercuric chloride(0.1%) for 3 minutes,The pollution rate was 16.67%,and the survive rate was 83.33%.[Conclusion]The method had the lowest pollution rate and the highest survive rate.
