Abstract

Objective:To explore the anesthesia effect of sevoflurane combined with ketamine anesthesia in children with hernia surgery.Methods:48 children with henia surgery were randomly divided into two groups with 24 cases each. The group A were given sevoflurane combined ketamine anesthesia,The group B were only given ketamine.Compare the changing of mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SpO_2)presurgery and postsurgery, and side effect during and after surgery. Results:The onset time, anesthesia time,waking-time and cognitive recovery time were lower in group B(P0.05).MAP in group A was significandy lower postanesthesia and incision of skin than group B(P0.05 P0.01);HR in group A in incision of skin was significandy lower than group B(P0.01).Conclusion:Sevoflurane combined ketamine anesthesia is a clinic safe and effective anesthesia method in treating children with hernia surgery.
