Abstract
Objective To compare sevoflurane combined with ketamine anesthesia and simple ketamine anesthesia for infant hernia repair wake effect and the safety of the postoperative recovery period. Methods ASA I ~ II level, elective hernia repair in infants,42 cases were randomly divided into two groups.Group S(sevoflurane combined with ketamine,21 cases),the use of high concentrations of sevoflurane quick inhalation doing basic anesthesia, ketamine low concentrations of intravenous compound sevoflurane inhalation.Group K(ketamine group,21 cases),ketamine intramuscular injection as a foundation anesthesia, surgery, intravenous infusion of ketamine.Observed two groups of children with intraoperative anesthetic effect and complications of the postoperative recovery period. Results Both anesthetic effect no difference.S group, postoperative recovery time is short than the K group, the awakening of complications than that of K was significantly reduced. Conclusion Hernia repair in infants and young children using sevoflurane combined with ketamine anesthesia compared with pure ketamine anesthesia wake up fast and more secure.
