Abstract

Objective: To discuss the clinical effect of anesthesia with Sevoflurane combined with small doses of Sufentanil in children's groin area surgery. Methods: 96 children were randomly divided into three groups as Ketamine Group,Sevoflurane Group and Combined Group.Ketamine Group were intramusculared anesthesia with 5 mg/kg Ketamine,Sevoflurane Group inhaled Sevoflurane by face mask, and based on the method of Sevoflurane Group,Combined Group were intravenous injected with Sufentanil. Results: The HR,SpO2 and MAP of Ketamine Group had significantly differences with Sevoflurane Group and Combined Group in induction of anesthesia and skin incision period(P0.05).The HR and MAP of Ketamine Group had significantly differences with Sevoflurane Group and Combined Group after surgery(P0.05).The HR,SpO2 and MAP of Sevoflurane Group and Combined Group had no significantly difference in each period(all P0.05).The adverse reaction rates had significantly difference in three groups(P0.05).Conclusion: The anesthesia with Sevoflurane combined with small doses of Sufentanil in children's groin area surgery has better clinical results. The anesthesia method can reduce the stimulation of Ketamine on central nervous system and influence of children, and reduce the induction of anesthesia and the emergence of adverse reactions.
