Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Bax and the clinical pathology characteristic in non-small-cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods The expression of Bax was detected in 80 NSCLC samples and 40 lung benign lesion tissues as control by immunohistochemistry(S-P). Results ①The expression level of Bax (63.8%) was found to be significantly higherl in NSCLC tissues than in benign lesion tissues(22.5%) (P0.01);②The Bax expression level of Bax was closely related to P-TNM stage and lymphnode involvement in lung cancer patients(P0.05). Conclusion The increase of Bax expression is may be related to the pathogenesis and development of lung cancer.
