Present Situation and Sustainable Development of Water Resources in Daqing City

Daqing City has already been selected as the national experimental city in water saving and anti-contamination.The amount of water resources per capita in this city is only half of the average level of the country.Based on an analysis of such severe problems as over-extraction of groundwater and water shortage because of water pollution,this paper mainly discusses the way to effectively use the limited water resources of the city,and puts forward seven specific countermeasures,which will be instructive to the construction of a water-saving society and the sustainable development of water resources of Daqing City.
