Abstract

Combined with the economic transformation of resources exhaustion city-Fuxin City,the serious water shortage and situation of water resources in Fuxin City have been completely reviewed and analyzed,and the strategies of sustainable utilization of the principles opening water source and water both recognition but based on the water saving are put forward.
