Abstract

Water is the main resources that people rely on, and it is also the indispensable guarantee for the development and existence of the city.With the course of the urbanization and increase of city water use, water crisis has become a universal problem.A main city in the northeast area is chosen as study research object.The relationship between city water resource supplyrequirement and city social economic development is mainly studied.The content includes characteristics of city water resources, rational analysis of water supplyrequirement in a based year,the trend of social economy and water requirement increase in a planning year, the effect of water social economic increase in water use and suggestion in countermeasures of water shortage.Suggestion on the way of city water resource research is also given.
