Observation of Hypertension Treated with Perindopril and Lrbesarban

Objective: To observe the effect of hypertensive disease treated with perindopril and lrbesarban.Methods: 52 patients were randomly divided into two groups,that contrast group(n=26) and combination group(n=26).Contrast group was used perindopril in 4 weeks,adding indapamide pro re nata.Combination group was used perindopril and lrbesarban.To study blood pressure,24 hours urine protein,serum creatinine,blood kalium at prior-treatment and post-treatment.Results: The blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein of post-treatment were lower obviously than prior treatment(P 0.01).The serum creatinine and blood kalium of post-treatment were not changed obviously(P0.05).After treatment,the difference of blood pressure's descent was not obvious between two groups.The 24 hours urine protein of combination group was lower obviously than contrast group(P0.01).Conclusion: Perindopril combined with lrbesarban can decrease urine protein of hypertensive patients,and it is more than perindopril alone.
