Observation of Hypertension Treated with Perindopril and Lrbesarban

Objective:To observe the effect of hypertensive disease treated with perindopril and lrbesarban.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,that contrast group(n=30) and observation group(n=30).Contrast group received perindopril in 4 weeks,or adding indapamide.Observation group received perindopril and lrbesarban.Analysed blood pressure,24 hours urine protein,serum creatinine,blood kalium at prior-treatment and post-treatment.Results:Blood pressure and 24 hours urine protein of post-treatment were lower obviously than of prior-treatment(P 0.01).The serum creatinine and blood kalium of post-treatment were not changed obviously(P 0.05).After treatment,the difference of blood pressures descent was not obvious between two groups.The 24 hours urine protein of observation group was lower obviously than that of contrast group (P 0.01).Conclusion:What perindopril combined with lrbesarban can decrease urine protein of hypertensive patiens,and it is more than perindopril alone.
