Three Predicaments of the Teaching Staff Construction of Higher Vocational Colleges and the Countermeasures

At present,higher vocational colleges have to establish a complete system and mechanism to improve the teaching staff's professional quality,simply because both the teaching staff's lack in amount and the teaching staff's imbalance in structure have resulted in the weakness of professional quality of teachers.Therefore,in order to advance the professional development of teaching staff,the national government should set up a new pre-service and in-service integrated cultivation and training system,the society should build up a new school-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning model,and higher vocational schools should exploit new potentialities of the school-based teacher education for teaching staff.
