Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of phacoemulsification on uveitis complicated cataract.Methods 38 cases(46 eyes) with uveitis complicated cataract were performed by phacoemulsification.Results 3 months after operation,the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA) was ≥0.3 in 36 eyes(78%) and ≥0.05 in 44 eyes(96%).No posterior capsule ruptured in operation.Conclusion Phacoemulsification is effective on vision after uveitis complicated cataract.
