Analysis on Modern Logistics Development in Kunming with SWOT

Abstract

[HJ*3/7]With SWOT analysis method,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the strengths,weaknesses,opportunity and threats of developing modern logistics industry in Kunming,and puts forward the following countermeasures to improve Kunming's logistics: to use adjustment of government,to develop the third party logistics,to set up logistics group,to nurture characteristics logistics market and to train modern logistic professionals.
