Abstract

With SWOT analysis method, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats of modern logistics in Chengdu, and points out the development environment of chengdu will loose more and more. All enterprises will further logistics industry's development if only catch opportunity, and then gives countermeasures of developing modern logistics industry in Chengdu.
