Nursing Intervention on Cerebral Apoplexy Patients with Activities of Daily Life

Abstract

Objective:To explore the nursing intervention on cerebral apoplexy patients' daily life ability influence.Methods:From February 2009 to February 2011 our hospital treatment of stroke patients in 280 cases,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 140 cases in each group.The control group were given routine nursing care,observation group implementation of rehabilitation nursing interventions,observe two groups of neural function defect score and barthel ADL index.Results:After nursing intervention was observed in the group of neural function defect score,activities of daily living score than the control group,the difference between the two groups were significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can significantly improve the ability of daily life of stroke patients,reduce the degree of disability,and improve quality of life,worthy of clinical application.
