Abstract
Objective: To explore the continuity nursing in rehabilitation patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods: From May 2013 to May 2014 of our hospital 164 patients with ischemic stroke as the research object, and they were randomly divided into control group and intervention group. Two groups of patients with the same therapy during hospitalization and routine nursing, the control group patients received normal discharge guidance, intervention group on the basis of continuity of the uplink six- month nursing intervention. Before intervention and intervention after 1 month,3 months,6 months used in patients with self- care ability to scale and Barthel index scale assessment of two groups of patients with self- care ability, and daily life ability, and compared the two groups of patients with the stroke of half year recurrence rate and quality of life after the intervention. Results: After the intervention in 1 month,3 months and 6 months, and intervention group patients with self- care ability and daily life ability were better than that of control group( P 0. 05). Intervention group patients quality of life was better than the control group patients, there was statistically significant difference( P 0. 05). Conclusion: Continuity nursing intervention can improve the recognition of patients with cerebral apoplexy self- care ability, and daily life ability, improve the patient's quality of life,is worth further promotion and application in the clinical practice.
