Clinical observation on efficacy of edaravone combined with ginkgo dipyridamole in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of edaravone combined with ginkgo dipyridamole in acute cerebral infarction.Methods 93 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(48 cases) and control group(45 cases).The control group was given the conventional treatment of acute cerebral,and on that basis,the treatment group was given edaravone and ginkgo dipyridamole.The National Institute of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scores and the clinical effect were observed after treatment.Results The NIHSS scores in two groups of post-treatment decreased obviously than those of pre-treatment,the treatment group was evidently better compared with the control group(P 0.05),the total effective rate of treatment group was 91.7%,control group was 68.9%(P 0.05).There was no obvious adverse reaction in treatment group.Conclusion Edaravone and ginkgo dipyridamole was safety and effective,which can evidently improve nerve function with acute cerebral infarction,it could be widely used in clinical application.
