Abstract

Objective To explore the efficacy of Edaravone combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injections in treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups randomly and evenly according to the treatment schenme.Intravenous drip infusions of both Edaravone and Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injections were administered to the treatment group, while the control group was given Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injection only iv.Thirty days as a course of medical treatment. The neurological deficit scale(NDS) was used to score the neurological impairment and the changes of hemodynamics, fibrinogen content and adverse reaction were observed before and after the treatment. Results The total efficient rate(89.83%) of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(71.19%)(P0.01).Compared with the control group, hemodynamics index and fibrinogen content in the treatment group decreased significantly(P0.05 or P0.01).Conclusion Edaravone combined with Ginkgo Dipyridamole Injections is shown to be effective in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. The hemodynamics index has improved and the fibrinogen content has decreased, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
