Abstract
In extending process of city construction, a lot of land has been purchased and a lot of peasants have lost their land. The peasants face a series of problems such as living, employment, cultivation of children, retirement and so on. The peasants who lost land in the process of urbanization exist widespread in the country and have become a problem in urbanization.
