Discussion on social guarantee of peasants' losing land in urbanization

With developing of urbanization, a lot of peasants' land has been taken over for use and a lot of peasants lose their land on which they live and live out their life in retirement and became real the proletariat, i.e. they do not have land as farmers, they do not have position as workers and they do not have right to enjoy minimum guarantee. A tough task of every government is how to provide land for construction and to protect peasants' interests and to solve social guarantee problems for peasants' losing land and to guarantee society stability.
