Investigations on Employment of the Land-lost Peasants in the Urbanization Process

Abstract
As land-lost peasants increasing with the acceleration of the urbanization process in our country,effectively solving the problems of employment of the land-lost peasants has become a strategic issue,which concerns with the trend of our country in the future.The investigation of 28 provinces,cities and areas shows that there is certain relationship between employment and land-lost peasants' gender,age,education background and economic condition in their living regions.According to the current problems of employment of the land-lost peasants in our country,we must adopt varied measures to settle it nicely.
