Application of Process Sheet T400 in Shearing Auto-Control

Abstract
The shearing control technology is widely used in industrial automatic control. Through closed-loop control, the shearing control standard software of the process sheet T400 can meat the special process needs of flying shear and cross shear. The three closed-loop control systems (shear position closed-loop system, speed closed-loop system, shearing torque closed-loop system) of shearing control standard software of the process sheet T400 and realization method of shear function of flying shear are presented in detail.
