Abstract
The influence factors on shearing to length and match shearing and the control method for product tail end were analyzed.The scheme of match shearing optimization was put forward based on testing and theoretical analyzing the paramezters of flying shear system.For the three stage of flying shear for finished-product-the first cutter,the middle cutter,the last cutter-the different optimization schemes were used.The rectitude and practicability of the scheme are verified by practical production and theoretical calculation.
