Abstract
The influence factors on shearing to length and match shearing,and the control method for product tail end are analyzed. The scheme of match shearing optimization is put forward based on testing and theoretical analyzing the parameters of flying shear system. The rectitude and practicability of the scheme are verified by practical production and theoretical calculation.
