Abstract

The research shows that the change of the ideas and theory of Lifelong to Learning Society not only depend on the human society's ever-increasing knowledge of education,but also on the development of politics,economy,culture,population and science and technology in the society.The society which depends on lifelong learning is also the new stage of the whole development of human beings.
