Diagnosis and Treatment of Cerebral Infarction after Craniocerebral trauma

Objective To discuss the correlative factors infecting complicated cerebal infarction after craniocerebral trauma and the therapy.Methods Combined with literature,an analysis was made to the clinical data of 44 cases with cerebral infarction after craniocerebral trauma.Results Among all the cases evaluated with GOS at their discharge,27 cases recovered satisfactorily,10 cases were with moderate disability,3 cases were with severe disability,3 cases became plant rnen and 5 cases died.Conclusions Correct diagnosis,prompt operation and effecfive treatment after operation can reduce and relieve the risks of occurrence of cerebral infarction and improve the prognosis.
