Abstract

This paper uses GIS technology to build road information electronic databases and road network of Tangshan,development of Tangshan highway safety information management system using Web GIS on the basis of Visual Stidio2008 platform realizes the digital highway safety information management system that can analysis of urban road safety evaluation decision,analysis and prediction of the information of traffic accident,buffer analysis of traffic accident influence scope,analysis of traffic accident emergency rescue best path,and other functions.
