Abstract

Under the new situation,the research on the construction of the ruling capability of the Party is a new hot-point in the field of the study of Party construction.It is also the basic requirement to achieving the aims of ruling.Recently,lots of theorists study on the ruling theory and have achieved positive results.They think that the ruling crisis is one of the key contents of the ruling theory of the CPC.This paper,in order to offer some references for the further research,systematically outlines all the researches since 1999.
