A Summary of Studies on the Modernization of the Ruling Methods of the Chinese Communist Party

The modernization of ruling methods is the major goal of reforming and improving the Party’s leading methods and ruling style.Since the 16th Party Congress,the studies on the modernization of the ruling methods have mainly focused on the connotations,reasons and ways of modernizing ruling methods.Research has found that modernizing ruling methods means the realization of scientific and democratic ruling and rule by law.The drastic changes occurred home and abroad and within the party have caused changes in the ruling conditions and environments.All these require our Party to keep up with the time and to keep reforming and perfecting ways of leading and ruling.It also requires the Party must to stick to scientific,democratic ruling and rule by law,which are the fundamental approaches to achieve the modernization of ruling.
