Abstract

The ruling concept of the Communist Party of China is the guide to action and the core of the long-term strategic planning of the CPC.Since the Fourth Plenary Sessions of the Sixteenth Central Committee put forward clearly the ruling theory including the ruling concept,academic and theoretical circles made a lot of rational research on the CPC's ruling concept.This paper summarizes some important achievements.
