Abstract
The polysaccharideⅠfrom mycelia of Ganoderma sinensis was isolated with water extraction,deproteinization,dialysis,50% ethanol sedimentation and was purificated by Sephadex G-100 column. The analysis results of gel chromatography showed that the composition of the polysaccharideⅠwas a unique polysaccharide, with relative molecular weight being 72 000 Da.The polysaccharide was composed of L-arabinose,D-galactose,D-glucose,and the three kinds of monosaccharides were linked by glycolsidic bond, with their proportion being 44.8%,37.47% and 17.73% respectively.
