Abstract
The polysaccharide content of mycelia from Ganoderma lucidum was determined and its value was 3.84%.The methods of DEAE Sephacel column chromatography was employed to purify the raw polysaccharide of mycelia. The results showed that there were three kinds of fractions marked M1,M2 and M3 in raw polysaccharide of mycelia, contents of which were 47.19%,31.18% and 11.02% respectively. In the anti-oxidantaction experments of scavenging hydroxylr adical(·OH) and superroxide anion radical(O2-·),M1 had the strongest power,M2 was second and M3 was the weakest.
