Abstract

To coordinateThree Plans, which are the Urban Comprehensive Plan, Comprehensive Land-Use Plan and the Social Economic Development Five-year-plan, is something special to the Chinese planners. Therefore, it is the right way to know how to deal with it properly from the planning practice in China. Since 1990s, with the dramatic urban growth, Shenzhen has made lots of efforts in planning, including planning management, plan-making process as well as plans coordination. In this paper focuses on the coordination of the Three Plans as concern and summarizes the practice in Shenzhen .
