Abstract

Objective Through assessing between in vitro sensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocyte and tumor cells. Methods the sensitivity of 10 kinds of anticancer drugs in the hepatocellular carcinoma patients peripheral blood lymphocyte and operate tumor specimen of 32cases with in vitro were tested by the MTT method. Results the average inhibiting rate in between peripheral blood lymphocyte and tumor cells were no difference obvious(P0.05).Conclusion the detection of chemosensitivity of peripheral blood lymphocyte in no operate hepatocellular carcinoma patients exerts important referential value to choosing of chemotherapeutic drugs.
