Abstract
Objective The medicine sensitivity test of chemotherapeutic agents had been undergone by using peripheral blood lymphocyte instead of cancer cell in patients with hepatocarcinoma to direct individual chemotherapy. Methods To phlebotomize while getting liver canner specimen, by using a tetrazolium based colorimetrie assay(MTT assay),the chemosensitivity of lymphocyte and cancer cell in 26 patients with liver cancer to 8 chemotherapentic agents were detected in vitro. Results The inhibited rate between cancer cell and lymphocyte showed positive correlation. Conclusion Medicine sensitivity test of the peripheral blood lymphocyte is of important reference value to choose chemotherapeutic drugs in hepatocarcinoma patients.
