Effect Analysis of Propofol Combined With Remifentanil Anesthesia in Patients With Cerebral Artery Stenosis Stenting

Objective To explore the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia in patients with Cerebral artery stenosis stenting.Methods Collected 40 cases conducted with Cerebral artery stenosis stenting from May 2011 to May 2012 in our hospital,who were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group was 20 cases.The anesthesia induction was same in the two groups.In the control group,inhaled isoflurane,intravenously injected Propofol maintain anesthesia;in the observation group,given propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia.Compared heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,spontaneous breathing recovery time,palinesthesia time,orientation force recovery time and changes about blood sugar,cortisol of patients during perioperative period.Results The blood pressure and heart rate did not change in the observation group before and after intubation(P0.05);elevated blood pressure and faster heart rate were found in the control group after tracheal intubation(P0.05).The bblood sugar and cortisol increased in the control group after intubation(P0.05).The observation group had no significant change(P0.05).Conclusion Propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia has smallstress reaction,stable hemodynamics,which is a safe and effective anesthesia method.
