Abstract

Objective To explore the anesthesia effect of propofol combined with remifentanil in patients with hypertension. Methods 387 operation cases with hypertensive were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The propofol and remifentanil target controlled infusion was given to the observation group, propofol target controlled infusion was used to the control group. The blood pressure, heart rate, extubation time, recovery time, adverse reaction was observed in two groups. Results The Mean artery pressure and heart rate at different anesthesia time in the observation group compared with those in control group, there was no significant difference(P 0.05).the extubation time in the observation group was higher than that in control group, the recovery time in the observation group was earlier than that in control group,The adverse reaction in observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05).Conclusion The anesthesia effect of propofol combined with remifentanil in patients with hypertension is significant, which is worthy of reference.
