EFFECT ANALYSIS OF PROPOFOL COMBINED WITH REMIFENTANIL ANESTHESIA IN PATIENTS WITH ABDOMINAL SURGERY

[Objective]To explore the effect of propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia in patients with abdominal surgery.[Methods]Collected 80 cases conducted with abdominal surgery from December 2009 to December 2010 in our hospital,who were randomly divided into trial group and control group,each group was 40 cases.The anesthesia induction was same in the two groups.In the control group,inhaled isoflurane,intravenously injected fentanyl maintain anesthesia;in the observation group,given propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia.Compared heart rate(HR),systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure,spontaneous breathing recovery time,palinesthesia time,orientation force recovery time and changes about blood sugar,cortisol of patients during perioperative period.[Results]The blood pressure and heart rate did not change in the observation group before and after intubation,P﹥0.05;elevated blood pressure and faster heart rate were found in the control group after tracheal intubation,P﹤0.05.The bblood sugar and cortisol increased in the control group after intubation,P﹥0.05.The observation group had no significant change,P﹥0.05.[Conclusion]Propofol combined with remifentanil anesthesia has smallstress reaction,stable hemodynamics,which is a safe and effective anesthesia method.
