Abstract
Objective:To determine the optimal technology conditions for the extraction of onion oil. Methods:Supercritical CO2 extraction was used with absolute alcohol as entrainer, and the L9(33)orthogonal experiment was designed, and the effects of extraction pressure, temperature and material-entrainer ratio on the extraction rate were investigated. Results:The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:pressure 30 MPa,temperature 40℃ and ratio of entrainer to material-liquid 1:1.Conclusion:Both the onion oil quality and the extraction rate are higher by supercritical CO2 extraction.
