Abstract
The main ingredient of the peanut oil were researched by supercritical CO2 extraction. The effects of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and the dosage of entrainer agents on the peanut oil yield were investigated. Result showed that under the flow rate of CO2 was 10 ~ 12 L /h,the optimum conditions were extraction temperature 45 ℃,extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction time 2. 0 h,the dosage of entrainer 20 mL. Under this condition, the extraction rate of peanut oil up to a maximum50. 39%. The influencing order of the extraction rate were as follows:extraction pressure extraction time extraction temperature the dosage of entrainer.
