Abstract

The supercritical CO2 fluid extraction technology was used to extract peanut oil. The single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment combination design were adopted to study the effects of such factors as extraction pressure, temperature, time and supercritical CO2 flow on oil extraction rate. The optimal technological condition of oil extraction from peanut by supercritical CO2 fluid was determined. The order of factors that influence the oil extraction rate within the experimental range was as follows:extraction pressureextraction temperaturesupercritical CO2 flowextraction time. The optimal technological parameters of oil extraction from peanut seeds should be as follows:extraction pressure 25MPa,extraction temperature 45℃,supercritical CO2 flow 18kg/h and extraction time 150min,and under such conditions, the total oil extraction rate was 49.87%.
