Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of pain degree of patients after radical operation for carcinoma of stomach by using two ways of general anesthesia and spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. Method: 64 cases of the patients underwent radical operation for gastric cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 32 cases in each group. The patients in control group were underwent the radical operation for carcinoma of stomach with general anesthesia while the observation group with spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia. At different time after the operation the pain degree of patients were evaluated and the evaluation results in two groups were compared. Result: The postoperative pain score of 1 h in two groups had no statistical significance(P0.05). And the comparison of the pain scores at different time points of postoperative 4, 8, 12, 24 and 48 h, the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Patients of the radical operation for carcinoma of stomach, using spinal anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia is more conducive to the control of postoperative pain, has great significance for improving the quality of life of patients, which is worthy of clinical use and reference.
