Comparative study on the pain degree of patients after radical operation for gastric cancer under different methods of anesthesia

【Objective】The Observation of the contrast of patients with gastric cancer treated with different anesthetic methods on patients with postoperative pain degree. 【Methods】200 cases of the patients underwent radical operation for gastric cancer in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, 100 cases in each group. The control group using general anesthesia alonem the Observation group with general anesthesia combined epidural anesthesia. At different time after the operation the pain degree of patients were evaluated and the evaluation results in two groups were compared. 【Results】The postoperative pain score of 1,4,8,12,24 hour two groups. The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).【Conclusion】The general anesthesia combined epidural anesthesia is more advantageous to reduce postoperative patients with pain,which is worthy of clinical use and reference.
