Abstract
By using UV spectrophotometry as the detection means, the static adsorption and separation were used in investigation of macroporous adsorption resin;and using dynamic adsorption and separation in studing the condition of adsorption and separation. The results showed that the properties of D101 resin favorite absortpion and desorption of total flavones from stems of pitaya. The dynamic adsorption and separation technological condition as follows:The concentration of the extract was 820 mg/L,the maximum extract was 75 mL(4BV of wet resin),the current velocity was 2.0 mL/min;using 50 mL 70 % ethanol as the eluting reagent, and the eluting velocity was 2.0 mL/min,the elution rate up to 99.21 %.
