On Housing Human Rights

The housing right is citizen's fundamental human rights.In broad sence,housing human rights includs the housing right of use(right of living)and the housing property rights(building property right),the narrow housing human rights only refer to the right of living.The right of living divides into the lowest level occupancy and the appropriate housing ringht.The primary obligation of the country is to realize have the room to live ;the core duty is to ensure everybody have a suitable house;the long-term duty is to help partial citizens to realize the room property right through the correct policy step by step.
