The right to adequate housing is an important property right and the fundamental human rights.It can be acquired and afforded to have secure,healthy,dignified place to suit human to live,and the right to get equipments with the foundation service facilities.Each person and family has the right to adequate housing.The Central Government and local government should together undertake the responsibility of protecting the right to adequate housing of citizen.It should be run through every tache including the land supply of housing,housing construction,housing bargain etc.Currently,government should pay more attention to solve the problem of indemnificatory housing supply.Our country should speed housing legislation,legally establish the right to adequate housing,lay down the responsibility and duty of government during the realization of right.
