Abstract

Labor disputes reflect inharmonious labor relations.To build up a harmonious enterprise and a harmonious society,we should firstly build up harmonious labor relations and pay attention to the settlement of labor disputes.In order to settle various labor disputes effectively in time,we should adopt rational and legal defending and settling measures.
