Abstract
The democracy and freedom in the Primary Stage of Socialism is a new kind of association relation that is fit for development of the Socialism productive forces. It is movable and actual state of productive forces. it can establish the equal subject’s relation between rights and duties in market economy at last. Persisting in ruling of law and utilizing the three principles in operation are helpful to starting a new state of Socialism.
