A study on productive forces conditions and economic policies in initial stage of socialism

The theory on different stages of socialism is one of the important parts of theory on scientific socialism.The author reviews the evolution of the theory on scientific socialism and puts forward that the standard of productive forces is objective basis to divide socialism into stages.Secondly,practice of construction of socialism in our country has proved that there has to be an initial stage of socialism during which productive forces can be improved rapidly.According to these conclusions,the author has raised economic policies to free and develop productive forces:take advantage of the positive factors of capitalism and socialism,and make innovations in present system by further reform.
