Abstract
According to the nucleotide sequences of Pseudorabies virus(PRV),porcine circovirus Ⅱ(PCV-2) and porcine parvoviruses(PPV)in GenBank, three pairs of primers were designed and synthesized. After the indexes of PCR were optimized,a multiplex PCR based on these three pairs of primers was established that specifically amplified the fragements of PRV,PCV-2 and PPV 217bp,394bp and 748bp in length respectively. The results indicated that the optimized multiplex PCR is both sensitive and specific, providing a new method for the clinical diagnosis and epidemiological research of the three diseases
